Main Responsibilities

• Monitor courier teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

• Ensure couriers deposit cash-on-delivery (COD) collections with the finance department on the same day.

• Track delivery performance and provide real-time feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and optimize delivery routes, area divisions, and logistics processes for increased efficiency.
